· LOCATION;
In the region of KAOLACK, a city that is at 190km away from the capital of Senegal Dakar, Thiariack is at 27km away from Kaolack

OBJECTIVES:
ü Creation of farming space for the interest of the population of Thiariack
ü To contribute for the well being of the population of Thiariack
ü To transfer farming technology for the benefic of the rural populations
ü Allow the teenagers of the USA delegation to discover Senegal as a West African country that occupies a strategically position in Africa but a country that has many historical places and the humanity origin culture
ü Also the camp can be a target for the teenagers of the USA to communicate with the teenagers of Senegal, they can discover also the life in community and in rural community which is different from the town
· TARGET
The target of the project is to fight against the luck of food in rural places, to allow the USA teenagers’ to discover other realities.
PRESENTTATION OF THE PROJECT AND THE PROMOTER
The project of the association consists of working in collaboration with another association named International MERIT that had already leaded activities interm of helping the population of THIARIACK
Thus the project of farming management consist of reinforcing the benefic already got and realized by the association International MERIT
Teenagers’ action without limit is mainly interested in farming activities to help the women from the villagers to have their own farming food and to fight against the luck of food, but also to help to variet their farming activities
The project will be done by the association but also with the worker in collaboration with International MERIT , the same with the population of the village
· THE SUPERVISING
The project will be done as a camp like an integration camp and farming management
A group of teenagers will participate ant three supervisors all of them have a diploma of local education
The American delegation will be composed of twelve teenagers and three supervisors
Each delegation will chose a chief and they will be representations in front of the authorities in collaboration with the president of the association
· STRATEGIES
The staying will be done in two periods
The delegations will be welcome 6th September in Thiariack
From 6th to 12th September, the delegation will be in Thiariack, they will participe in the activities of farming management, and farming technic in collaboration with the population of the village, others activities will be done, many activities like visit and discovery
From 13th September to 18th September the two delegations will be in Dakar capital of Senegal during this stay the delegations will visit the historical places the slaves’ house in GOREE Island for instance; the Island snake, USA ambassador in Senegal even the office of the Senegalese administration
· ACCOMMODATION
In Thiariack and Dakar the teenagers will stay some times in the families, the reason is that the objectives of the association is to discover the changes of the way of living to allow the teenagers to discover other realities and other way of living in community
In Senegal life is in community where everything is shared, the help between the persons all is done in the inspection of the parents for instant in Senegal we eat in a group around a family bowl
Therefore the family house offers a good healthy place
Most of the time there is not electricity in rural place this is a reality that we want to show the delegation of American.
The meals with be taken in the welcoming families according to this tome table.

· SOCIAL ACTION
This act will allow for helping the population of the village. We will give clothes, shoes, and other things that are important to have good life.
At the end of the stay in Thiariack the ceremony of giving the presents, will be organized to give directly the population.
The hospital of the village and the school will be renewing. This activity will allow the delegations to be responsible by participating in those activities.
